Humba Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2kl pork cubes
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 bay leaf
some dried oregano
1 1/2 tablespoon tausi(salted black beans)
1 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer until meat is very tender and sauce is almost dry. Serve with fried saba (if you’re in the Pinas :D ).

Prep Time: 10-15mins Cooking time: 30 minutes
