A call from…
I got another call again today and this time from my step-grand-daughter. She is inquiring about the case of her great-grandfather. Since I’m not visiting him every day at the nursing I don’t have any details to tell her. So what I did, I just gave her the cell-phone number of her grandfather so that she can call him. And that’s it! I’m just touched with the words she said, that she can’t believe that her great-grandpa is in the nursing home. Sigh!

So sad really
I’m just feeling so sad these days since my father in law was hospitalized for a couple of days. And right now, he is in the care-giving center so that there will be some nurses and therapists that can take good care of him. Well, he is so old already like 87 years of age and he is living alone. Sigh! Yesterday, when my husband visited him in the center, he looks fine. But when hubby tried to wake him up he is unresponsive. So, hubby called up some nurses to check on him. And gosh, he’s not sleeping for he is having a diabetic attack. Sigh! It’s just so hard being a diabetic plus using pacemaker and also he undergo an eye operation early this year and that he is still recovering from it. Plus, he is having other pains. So sad! REALLY!

Weird!!! :)
My baby is weird! He’s sleeping and then he’s awake for several seconds, looking around inside his crib. He then picked his Pluto microphone (one of the characters of Yo Gabba Gabba), his plastic cup and pieces of clothes. Then, he goes back to his favorite side of the crib and sleep again. He-he-he! He looks so funny for his eyes are wide open and after picking all of his things and hugging it, he sleeps again. He-he-he!

Life is just so sad sometimes
Life is just so sad sometimes! I just couldn’t figure out that when I will grow old I will be living alone. It’s not like that way back home. There are lots of people around who will take good care of those elders. Just like my grandmother (father side), she’s living with one of her sons. And she’s not alone for she needs some assistance in everything that she’ll be doing. With my grandmother on my mother side, mostly she will stay at my parent’s house or to any of her other daughters. Sigh! I’m hoping when I will grow old somebody will take care of me or if not, somebody will send me to a center for the old people. Sigh!
