Sticking to walking on my treadmill every day

I don’t know if I’ve ever stuck to a New Year’s resolution for an entire year. But I really want to this year. I’m going to work on being better about walking on my treadmill each and every day now. I’ve basically stuck to the resolution already but I feel like if I don’t start doing something differently, I might just give it up.

But I’m all out of ideas for my treadmill workout, so I looked online to find some ideas for the treadmill. As I was looking through some ideas, I ran across some information on an wildbluedeals.com/. After I read through it some I decided to switch over my internet service to it.

I think that I’m just going to start doing intervals on a treadmill interspersed between about 5 or 10 minutes jumping rope. I think that will be something to keep me going and also surprise my body to make sure that I am getting an efficient workout. I think those adjustments will keep me from getting too bored.
