My desire when I was a kid was to build a house for my parents. But I was not successful with it. At my early 30’s my sister and I tried to contribute on buying a low cost row house for our parents but then I stopped contributing right after it’s just the monthly payment left because I know that my sis will be capable of paying for it. Besides it is her investment since it’s her name written on the paper. And now, my main concern is to have a house, lot and a property that my own family (mostly my kids) can call a home. It’s the reason why I am looking for homes for sale in my area at present. I just need a property wherein we will not be renting but instead paying for mortgages and after paying it, we can call the place “ours” forever. But when will I be having the capacity of buying this dream home for my family? I don’t have the right job with good compensation. All I have is just a freelance thing in which sometimes I have more but most of the time I have less work to do. Well, God knows the desires of my heart and I know he will answer this in His own time! Hope it will be soon that He will give me the things I need for my whole family.
